1. Open transparent image.

2. If the image runs to the edges, increase canvas size.
   Add extra width and height to accommodate outline.
   After inputting desired size, click 'Center', and tick 'Resize text layers'.
	- Image > Canvas Size

3. Create a selection around the subject.
   This will create a dotted line going around the subject.
	- Layer > Transparency > Alpha to Selection

4. Increase the size of the selection.
   The thickness of the outline should increase after applying.
	- Select > Grow (Suggested: 20px)

5. Create a new layer then move it below the current layer.
	- Layer > New Layer (Name it 'Outline')

6. By default, foreground and background should be black, and white.
	- Edit > Fill with BG color

7. Optional: remove the dotted outline.
	- Select > None

Done! Ready to export as a new .png file.
